First thing is there was serious amount of water leaking into the boot. After looking into it I am not the first person to investigate this problem on this car! The first place I found and seemingly solved a leak was coming in from where the spoiler bolts to the boot. I just removed it then used a small amount of black sealer on the seal faces and that’s stopped. Although it was still leaking..... Hi Gavin...Greg here. Well first off welcome to the forums. You've come to right place for all the help you might need. I know you said that you taped up the ignition wires as a temporary fix, but I have to strongly suggest that you replace them as soon as possible. These 20v engines are very very tempermental with that sort of thing. Heck give that beauty a full tune-up as she prolly needs it. Plugs, wires, dist cap, dist rotor, fuel filter, clean the ever lovin **** out of the ISV valve aswell,...
